Madras Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology
The Saraswathi Educational Cultural and Charitable Trust under it’s educational activities established the Madras Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in 1996 at No: 60 Poonamallee High Road Kumarananchavadi Kattupakkam Chennai. It was managed directly till 2013.
From 2013 It functioned under a tenancy agreement with another management. The agreement stood legally terminated due to mismanagement and wilful damage to the building. The building is currently under renovation and would resume skill training and hospitality courses after completion of renovations.
