Navvarsh Mahotsav Festival of Dance

The Saraswathi Educational Cultural and Charitable Trust has expanded it’s cultural activities to the city of Bangaluru in 2017 where it hosts a 2 day dance festival January every year. The festival showcases Bengaluru’s best talent in the field of classical dance and honour great Gurus who have worked on Developing and retaining various classical dance forms in the region.

The festival is held in Ganapathi Seva Samithi, in the suburb of Koramangala and has showcased various dance forms such as Kathakali, Mohiniattam, Satttriya, Oddissi, Kathak and Bharatanatyam amongst other.

The festival is curated by Sri. Prabal Gupta, an acclaimed exponent of Kathakali dance form and a great promoter of classical art and culture.
